ARTISTS – WE WANT YOU…

…TO JOIN US!  As the Market Street Art Spot in Minerva enters the latter part of  a successful first year,  we  have a  number of “Resident Artist” positions available. As a Resident Artist you will enjoy permanent gallery space and are guaranteed one solo show per year, in addition to the annual joint show featuring all Resident Artists. Other privileges include an exceptionally low commission fee, individual photo gallery of your work on MSAS website and social networking updates of gallery events. MSAS assumes the cost of monthly utilities, advertising, mailings, reception refreshments and entertainment *(solo show postcards are the responsibility of the solo artist). Resident Artists pay a monthly rent of $50 and man the gallery during open hours.

                                                                    OR

If becoming an “RA” doesn’t suit you at this time, perhaps  joining us as a  Display Artist does.  A “DA” displays his/her work for a period of two months and leaves behind a 30% commission on sold work. See details under the “Call for Display Artists” page.

In either case, we would love to view your work and talk to you about joining the rest of us at the Art Spot! Interested artists should contact us at artspot@myfrontiermail.com or call 330-868-7900 or talk with one of us when you stop into the gallery. Looking forward to hearing from YOU!

  1. Today I was told about the show you will be having on fiber things. I use recycled wool and wool felting to make sheep. I would love to hear more about this event.
